Race Online Limited is fast growing ISP and IIG in the country providing seamless, secured data and internet connectivity to a wide range of customers. We are looking for a business development and operations manager for our Khulna who will be responsible for our growth there by focusing on local sales, customer growth and retention, operational alignment and overall success of wholesale, reseller, corporate and home based internet services of the companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Business Development and Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Wholesale and Corporate business management
- Home based Internet service business management
- Regional market development
- New customer identification & retention of existing giving customer service top priority.
- Administration of regional office services
- Management and supervision of regional team activities.
- Promotion, generation and company sales targets achievement across the assigned product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
- Sustainable market growth by building customer relations
- Preparation of different management reports as required

Educational Requirements
- Post graduate from relevant discipline like Business development, marketing etc. Educational requirements can be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
- Experience in regional business management in a renowned ISP/IIG service company is preferable
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated skills in planning and integration
- Team management skill
- Ready to take cross functional role
- Hard working.
- Good interpersonal skills.
