Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Overall sales and administrative staff supervision of the outlets.
- Ensuring profitability and smooth running of retail sales outlets, managing of warehouse, fairs
- and exhibitions and increasing domestic sales as per yearly plans, targets, and budgets.
- Overseeing overall management of the outlets and domestic marketing departments and their staff members.
- Maintaining customer services and customer relations.
- Developing web and social media contents, maintain e-commerce sites efficiently.
- Maintaining of justified optimum stocks for shops, wholesales and e-commerce platforms.
- Fulfilling the sales and marketing objectives, strategies and action plans.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant subject; priority will be given in Business Studies, or Finance and Accounting.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years

- Proven experience in retail outlet management, e-commerce, business development as well as vendor management.
- Must have strong knowledge about wholesalers, retailers, online platforms and chain stores.
- Must have knowledge, skills and ability in marketing of handmade and handcrafted products in Bangladesh.
- Must have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong speaking and writing skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong skills in operating modern electronic devices and social media.
