- Develops organization strategies by identifying human resources issues, contributing information, analysis and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, employee relations and retention.
- To be responsible for recruitment process i.e. sourcing, screening, negotiation with candidates, hiring and suggest improvement if necessary.
- To maintain succession planning for vital positions.
- To maintain update Organogram and make proper manpower planning consistent with Organizational policy.
- To maintain the proper management of Transfer, Increment, Promotion with Proper Documents.
- To check & verify all final settlement of resigned dismissed or terminated employees.
- To develop a systematic approach to improve HR & Admin procedure and ensure effective implementation for Head Office and Factory.
- To take initiative to increase the motivation level of employee, staff & workers by awareness program, counselling etc.
- Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
- Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
- Ensure required level of skill for employee in different departments, identify the skill gap by conducting assessment design and arrange training accordingly.
- Any other task assign by the management.
- Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

- The candidate must have experience in Textile industry.
- Should have knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (with update amendment), Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and Minimum wage in textile industry.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Data Analysis.
- Working Location outside EPZ.
