- A 100% foreign owned “A” category RMG Company (Woven) located at Karnaphuli EPZ Chattogram & DEPZ, Savar is looking for the following personnel for immediate appointment.
- Job location: Chittagong (Karnaphuly EPZ) or Dhaka (DEPZ)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures
- Assist in the designing of Compensation philosophy in alignment with the business strategy
- Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need
- Execute Learning & Development programs in alignment with skill gap assessment of employees
- Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment exercise, etc.
- Assist supervisor in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications.
- Create and maintain HRIS and generate various HR reports as assigned.
- Coordinate and support in Reward & Recognition operational activities.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Disciplinary Action, HR Generalist, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
