A well reputed Garments industry is looking for a potential candidate for “Manager, Merchandising”, should have the initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take the challenge to deliver high-quality results on set KPI.
Job Responsibilities
- Deal Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, price quotation, negotiation, sourcing and forecasting.
- Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and external sources as required for sampling and production through effective communication.
- Achieve & follow order’s T&A through team. Update Business KPI time to time.
- Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
- Work in a proactive manner for trouble shoot and lead the team with courage when needed.
- Act as a leader among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
- Gain operational excellence by securing product quality as per customer’s demand.
- Work closely and collaborate with all internal & external stakeholders

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Apparel Manufacturing Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or graduation in related discipline from any reputed University are preferred.
Experience Requirements

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Additional Requirements
- Should be able to manage a team 3-5 members
- Strong in communications
- Strong leadership traits and good team player
- Must have good communication skill in English & Bangla language
