- To monitor the Operational activities of shift In- Charges in Scrap Yard for ensuring smooth Operation.
- To ensure feeding of scrap to SMS as per production planning.
- To look after raw materials unloading, carrying, Cutting and Feeding.
- To ensure proper combination of Man, Machine & Materials for smooth operation.
- To supervise for weekly cleaning, metal segregation and loss recovery submission to MS department.
- To negotiate with high authority and other section in favor of productivity.
- To Logistic support to all departments as per requirement.
- To ensure manpower allocation, check duty roaster & works schedule etc.
