Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for running and managing the company’s technical support and dedicated engineer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
  • Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store operations.
  • Ensure service as per SLA with business partner.
  • Liaising with management, staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Product inventory.
  • Ensue delivery and receiving product in warehouse.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Ensure the center with all administration and logistic support.
  • Prepare profit and loss sheet.
  • Able to prepare and ensure various related reports.
  • Guide & Lead the team to attain service target.
  • Excellent relationship management.
  • Prepare strategy for increase business volume.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
  • Communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
  • Good Planning and decision Making Skill.
  • He must be able to manage People.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
