To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, we are currently looking for a smart and energetic individual for the below post for our Infinia Spinning Mills Ltd.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure indents are raised and proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items
- Forward required documentation to Purchase Department depending on the nature of item to be procured
- Manage storage space efficiently and arrange materials as per the Bin Card.
- Maintain store ledger/ERP Software and keep it updated all time.
- Receive and check all in coming materials (local /imported) as per invoice, packing list or challan.
- Deliver materials and finished goods after due weighing & recording.
- Conduct physical stock taking and verification of inventory and prepare periodical stock statements.
- Coordinate with user departments and Purchase department to provide advice on product specification.
- Coordinate with user department for inspection of items delivered for quality assurance.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 8-10 years’ experience in Store with at least 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in Spinning Mills.
- Should have experience on operating store software/ERP.
- Familiar with working in a fast moving 24/7 production environment
