Job description: Job Context
For a Marketing Executive, communication is the key, contributing to the development of marketing strategies ans sales plan.The Marketing Executive will be a member of a multi-functional team focused on enterprise communications, design/creative services, and website development. He will ensure strategic prioritization of individual and team efforts, and will work in close collaboration with marketing team leader to ensure effective integration of all marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing leader to integrate and coordinate internal messaging with external activities, increasing awareness of external brand building efforts and driving “employer brand” engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Please do not apply if you do not have relevant marketing experience in Hospitals/ Clinics/ Diagnostic Centers/ Pharmaceuticals
  • Achieve the daily sales target
  • Reporting whenever and wherever is necessary
  • Working with a marketing and sales team of 4/5 people
  • Able to conduct sales training and sales audit
  • Maintain, Measure, and Monitor Sales Target, Work Hours, Budgets, and Expenditures
  • Ensure workshops are well equipped and as per project mandates
  • Locals of Mirpur, Dhaka and Bogura are encouraged to apply

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Business Administration
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Computer literacy

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Area/ Territory Marketing, Data Analysis, Sales Reporting, Sales/ Marketing * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Age 25 to 35 years
