- RHSTEP is the pioneer non-government organization in the arena of safe MR services and training for more than three decades in Bangladesh. RHSTEP has continuing its activities in 21 districts of Bangladesh. Every year approximately 6, 50,000 women, men including youth adolescents and children receive health care services, education and awareness support through its 29 centers. RHSTEP has been working with young people for more than 10 years to improving of their sexual and reproductive health & rights.
- Duty Station: RHSTEP Center, Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, Rajshahi
Job Responsibilities
- Knowing, promoting, implementing and following up the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment. Respecting medical secrets and confidentiality at all times.
- Carrying and supervising administrative procedures and documents (fill in patient’s files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.), ensuring an appropriate written/oral handover, and reporting any problematic situations and cases that may arise. Participating in data collection and keeping doctors/supervisors informed .
- Manage outdoor patient.
- Manage Pregnant Mother.
- Assist in all kinds of OT.
- Manage all kinds of emergency.
- Manage of OT (MR & PAC).
- Counsel to the Parents as and when required
- Positive willingness for Team work & Hardworking
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- To check the O.T. Stock register for O.T. equipment, medicines and linen etc.
- To insure the cleanliness of the O.T.
- To prepare the monthly and quarterly report with the help of the Counselors.

- Diploma in Nursing
- Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery, MR Trained
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
