Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively order execute through OCS system to ensure budgeted sales achievements
  • Identify and assess for new business development and build an active relationship with customers
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication by mail and phone
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and liaison with cross functional teams
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Issuing Proforma Invoice, improvement of collection (payment & docs), underlined business potentiality will be core area to work with.

  • Preferably Business/ Textile Graduate or Equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Good command in English).
  • Should have good knowledge in computer (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail Communication etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Need mindset to work in an organization at least 3-4 Years.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong mentality.
  • Ability to work in both independently & as a team player.
