Job Location: Factory Plant at Comilla & Sitakunda.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
- Cooperate with the Company’s management to implement growth strategies and improve replace service.
- Prepare & submit annual budget for Plants, LPG and Bitumen operation services, Workshop & Pneumatic control system
- Preparing daily and monthly operation and maintenance reports showing information regarding plant efficiency, fuel consumption, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage factor and operational trend capability.
- Operating all equipment with all compliances.
- Assist Plant Manager in performing target setting in plant capacity, availability and efficiency of the plant.
- Implementing the standard operating procedures for the safe operations of the all machines.
- Maintenance, trouble shooting of engine based power plants.
- Ensuring proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
- Maintaining proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
- Plan with the Plant Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
- Ensuring work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/mechanical job.
- Visiting factory site and do the estimation by gathering proposals, layouts, and related documents.
- Develop project charter, work plan, monitor project implementation and project execution plan.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering from any Public University
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Skills Required: English (Language), Excellent Reporting Skill, Good command over MS Office Package, Laboratory Instrument
- Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project, Outlook, Zoom
- Must be skilled in English
