Job title: Packing Section In-charge-Male/Female

Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Lead, support and motivate the packing team for better production.
- Review packing process, packing materials management and waste control.
- Monitor and control packing process cost-effectively and deliver products on time.
- Distribute duties and responsibilities to packers and operators, supervise their work.
- Monitor and ensure product standards.
- Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline Preferable
- Diploma in Computer Science
- Minimum SSC Passed
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)

- Age 18 to 30 years

- Should have good moral character, good oral communication, people management skill and cost conscious.
