- This position is responsible for performing all activities relating to ensure the quality of medicine and accessories with proper storing, checking, stocking the concerned materials and communicating with all the suppliers ensuring proper recording along with the Eassy Billing Software maintaining & daily basis updating.Applicants must have the experience with the Easy Billing ERP Inventory management software.He must extend active cooperation to authority.We need can do attitude people who love the work with learning attitudes & be a good manner with longer working patience.

Job Responsibilities
- Check prescriptions to make sure there are no errors and that they’re appropriate and safe for the individual patient
- Provide advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, for example, tablet, injection, ointment or inhaler
- Make sure medicines are stored appropriately and securely;
- Supervise the work of junior staff with the department;
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a reputed Pharmecy like (LazPharma or others )with knowledge on handling Eassy Billing ERP system.
- Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times;
- Maintain and monitor store inventory;
- Need to maintain various types of medicine stock.
- Maintain log book and other documents of the store and keep them updated regularly;
- Prepare stock report on daily/monthly/quarterly basis;
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from suppliers
- Review physical inventories periodically;
- Maintain stock and consumption records;
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
