Abdul Monem Limited requires a Procurement professional for its three concerns, Abdul Monem Beverage Unit (Coca-Cola), Abdul Monem Sugar Refinery Ltd. and AM Bran Oil Company Ltd. to accomplish the Procurement & Supply Chain activities. In this context, we are looking for competent and self-motivated candidates for the mentioned position to satisfy the business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize the satisfaction of user department at the lowest possible cost.
  • Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Co-ordinate the total procurement & supply chain team.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
  • Carry out final negotiation of any product/service and to ensure quality materials.
  • Coordinate with Plant, Distribution, and logistics departments to determine, monitor and ensure smooth supply of RMPM.
  • Work directly with F&A and Commercial department to determine most cost-effective solution for ensuring raw materials/goods to internal user department.
  • Control expenditure and build a culture of long term saving on procurement cost.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and improve purchasing process.
  • Perform cost scenario analysis & benchmarking.
