Job Responsibilities

  • To know some egg suppliers to collect proper information and to purchase good quality products
  • To build up a sales network
  • Responsible for liaison with local businesses, dealers, transportation and other related activities
  • Ensure the well-being of the hatchery by continuous monitoring and identifying the problem.
  • Ensuring the project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately and reporting to the management
  • Ensure regular vaccination and preventive medication of the hatchery to control infectious diseases.
  • Manage hatchery, ration, vaccination and medication on regular basis.
  • Ensure personal hygiene workplace safety and good housekeeping.
  • Ensuring the project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately and reporting to the management
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Project in charge is responsible to manage and establish the well-being of the hatchery and a hygienic environment on the working premises.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Master of Science (MSc) in animal Husbandry / Poultry Science
  • Diploma in Agricultural institute / Agriculture University
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Hatchery, Poultry

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in operating the Hatching machine
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and time management skills
