Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Greeting all visitors
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Assisting with mail as required
  • The update customer information on the database after every call take feedback from customer after and before about our sales and service.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested
  • Any other task as and when required.

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline / B.COM or M.COM is also encouraged to apply.
