Job title: Sales Engineer – Industrial Air Division (Dhaka)
Job description: Job Context
- We are looking at a self-propelled, positive individual, which is driven by results. Working closely together with Regions would be an integral part of the job & hence the person must be a team player with good communication skills (oral & written). The position will report to the Business Line Manager.
- Recruiting Manager: M. Waliul Islam Lipu
- Responsible for selling screw Air compressor 2-110 KW in market. Also responsible for selling N2, O2 generators.
- Evaluating market potential & gaining market share.
- Map Potential for given territory & increase sale.
- Regular evaluation of Pending orders & timely execution.
- Keep Tab on the competition, their prices & their product performance.
- Establishing rate contracts with Key accounts.
- Give feedback to marketing from field on competition pricing consumption of parts & product quality
- Dealer Management :
- Coordination with Dealer & their Sales Team, Dealer stocking guidance, Check on their receivables, Support to the dealer on pricing issues/payments, Territory Coverage, Supporting dealer for Negotiation of Major Deals
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Skills Required: CRM skills, Engineering Product Sales, Proficiency in Office appllication, Sales & Marketing
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering Product Sales, Sales & Marketing
- Desirable is 2-3 years’ experience in Sales or Parts & Services with vision to work for a challenging growth of requirements of Industrial Air Division.
- Knowledge – Sound knowledge of Industrial Air Business Operations
- Educational requirements – Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent
