Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Sell & Distribute OPPO products.
  • Receive the payment.
  • OPPO combined products sales management.
  • Push OPPO products or certain model sales mainly.
  • Products display and exhibit.
  • Ads and assisting sales management. Promotional activities.
  • Provide trainings when needed to the newly joined promoters & executives.
  • Pricing management.
  • Well Knowledge about Smart phone.
  • Offer sales and market feedback.
  • Other work like administrative work etc.
  • Implement OPPO company campaigns to meet sales target. (Promotional events, activities & activations with the campaign objective).
  • Analyze market trend and forecast sales.
  • Service clients and build good relationship with client.
  • Visit client frequently.
  • Conscientiously implement the corporate rules and regulations, strive to improve sales skills and ability.
  • Sales promoter recruitment, training and management.
  • Follow up the target; reach the sales target and terminal management Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate relationship among shops and sales promoter relationship with the shop. Develop instructional material for sales trainees.
  • Make promotion and growth plan for each sales promoter.
  • Make regional training system and plan.
  • Standardize management regionally.
  • Manage the temporary sales team, implement shop temporary plan.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate/ Honor’s or equivalent from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Fresher can apply
  • Work experience and background in smart phone or telecommunication industry for at least 2 years.
  • Management competencies, especially planning & organizing
  • Interested in sales and associating with different kind of people.
  • Excellent English language communication skill
  • Strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and self- driven
  • Hard-working, responsible with pleasant personality
  • Subject to arrangement.
  • Good sense of teamwork and service.
  • Be able to work with persons of different cultural background
  • Get used to work over-time frequently.
  • Able to work under great pressure
