Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and meet the sales budgets for the defined area for new and/ or existing business.GP and/or volume targets set by management
  • Plan and carry out direct sales activities to attain new customers in accordance with agreed sales and business plans.
  • Deliver gross profit sales volume and yield targets by focusing positive relationship with customers.
  • Initiate and support professional customer implementation with all required parties.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed with hard working and sincerely.
  • Develop new shipments & customers by identifying potentials and penetrate into new target markets.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Grow sales volume from both existing and new customers.
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors/ Master Degree in any discipline preferable major in Business Administration, English, Marketing, and Management.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 4-6 years’ experience in solid freight forwarding.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Freight, freight forwarding sales, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, International/ Export Marketing, Sea Freight
