Job Responsibilities

  • Job location : Chattogram City , Bangladesh
  • Job Description:
  • 1. Execute the regular sales operations of the assigned product line in the assigned area.
  • 2. Regularly monitor sales activity across all districts/areas and focus on improving customer relationship and provide inputs to Area in Charge / sales Admin/ head of sales .
  • 3. Supporting entire sales team and admins in boosting sales operations. In that case , candidate need to ensure all the requirements of customer are taken into account and customer is provided with all the information about the delivery time and pricing.
  • 4. Completing all the paper work and documentation regarding sales and after sales services.
  • 5. Ensuring customer receives vehicle on time and has smoother delivery process and logging the details of service.
  • 6. Coordinate with service business partners, registration, sales administration to ensure that necessary service hand holding and celebration take place at the time of delivery.
  • 7. Gather competitive pricing intelligence and suggest pricing of the assigned product line vehicles to the sales admin / deputy managers and General managers.
  • 8. Implement sales promotional scheme and other marketing activities to the customers accordingly.
  • 9. Ensure timely submission of all expense for adjustment very strictly and with integrity.
  • 10. Ensure regular attendance and reporting through CRM.
  • Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the position holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
  • Additional Job Requirements:
  • * Ideal age of the candidate will range from 22 to 35 years.
  • Candidate should have Experience in Commercial Heavy Vehicles (Automobile sector).
  • * other attributes in an ideal candidate we are seeking is Salesmanship, Negotiation skills, interpersonal communication skills, Planning and and always up for Team Work, Inter-cultural Sensitivity, local knowledge.
  • Having motorbikes and driving license will add bonus points in selection process.
  • *Computer literacy : apart from MS office and email , candidate must be accustomed and familiar with Zoom / google meetup , social networking platforms and ERP systems.
  • Salary : negotiable
  • Apart from basic salary , TA/DA and other incentives available.
