Job description: Job Context
Job Location – Dhaka City and Khulna Division

Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with the Customer/Retailer
  • Do market Survey
  • Visit new customer/Retailer daily.
  • Collect order from customer.
  • Ensure company products delivery by company vehicles.
  • Ensure sales & marketing plan for corporate Target.
  • Ensure the achievement of the Sales Target (Monthly & yearly).
  • Retain existing Customer and Create new customer.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all of Company Customers.
  • Maintain Strong understanding of customer requirements & Sales operation.
  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.
  • Planning and executing all marketing & Sales activities of the organization.
  • Planning and implementing various promotional activities of market.

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage Industry.
  • Experienced in any reputed Multinational Company, Food & Beverage Company,
  • Consumers Goods Company & Chemicals Company will be given Preference.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated, driven attitude.
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Expert in time management.
  • Organized work ethic.

Tk. 10000 – 12000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Sales Commission.
  • T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
  • Salary Review: Yearly
