We are one of the leading real estate development company of Bangladesh and our product portfolio comprises of apartments, commercial space, shop units in shopping malls in mid to high end high rise residential and commercial projects in Chittagong and Dhaka. We are looking for high-performing Sales Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. If you are hardworking, have the talent and ambition for a successful sales career, confident in dealing with potential clients, willing to work for extra hours then you are the person we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales & collection target and achievement report.
- Prepare daily client meeting report.
- Communicate with reporting superior and update information on potential sales lead.
- Regular follow up of sales leads and undertake activities to mature outcome of past sales calls.
- Maintain client wise sales file and collect Booking money or scheduled payments from clients.
- Actively participate in all sales and marketing events and its preparation.
- Work as a team member in collaboration with all sales personnel of the company.
- Regularly update own self in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
- Other duties assigned by the reporting superior.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate Sales
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Proof of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense
- Hardworking, proactive, dynamic and target oriented.
- Candidates from other industry having exceptional and proven track record as a sales professional can also apply.
- English medium schooling would be a plus.
