Job title: Security Officer/ Security In-Charge (Retired Army)

The job holder would make sure the factory premises is well secured. Identifying potential threats, establishing appropriate mechanism against theft cases, unlawful acts, supervising a BIG security force effectively and efficiently would make this job holder successful.
Job Responsibilities
- Security: Establishes an automated security management system and supervises day to day activities of security team and makes sure that entire factory is safe and secured from any theft/unlawful cases. In Addition, S/he provides support the warehouse in-charge to form an effective SOP (material receipt, storage and dispatch) in all internal / external warehouses.
- Facility Management: Ensures proper inventory management of office equipment, furniture; and also the job holder makes sure that workers and officers dinning halls are maintained in good manner.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor/ Masters or from any discipline with required work experience.

- In-Depth understanding about Security Management:
- Using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Reporting and emergency response planning
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Security Budgeting.
