Job title: Senior Architect

- We are looking for a creative and inspired Architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.
- Official time: 2.00 pm -10.00 pm (Bangladesh Time).
- Can be worked from home, flexibility with regards to time.
- Working days: 5 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
- Researches programs, plans, and designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials and systems.
- Produces conceptual plans, rendering and documents.
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working with the project Manager, may direct, supervise and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/ or the detailed Design Phase of a project.

Educational Requirements
- Degree in architecture or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- 2-5 years’ architectural experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft office suite is required.
- LEED AP is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability.
- Technically creative and open minded.
