Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Prepare and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
  • Live presentation in digital media if required
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Develop and manage field visit and survey if required
  • Ability to create a Digital Marketing Plan.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Perform any other tasks required by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing, Excellent communication skill

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Digital marketing expert, Social Media Marketing * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary

  • Tk. 13000 – 20000 (Monthly)
  • The salary quoted will be effective after successful completion of PROBATION PERIOD
