  • Candidate must have expertise in continental food with multicuisine.
  • Estimate the daily production and check the quality of raw and cooked food.
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation.
  • Assist Executive Chef to ensure that food quality and recipes have met the quality and standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining highest standard of hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
