Sales Department
Job Responsibilities
- Candidates who stay at Comilla will get priority.
- Manage & guide team members & enrolment. Split the target among team members.
- Prepare & submit weekly/Monthly visit & sales achievement plan & report.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Willing to create new customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payment.
- Manage timely delivery of products.
- Collect sales related information from respective market.
- Analyze the market data
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Willing to work under pressure and to market visit extensively.

Educational Requirements
- Masters / MBA from any reputed University and Candidate with advance certification on Marketing Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Applicants previously having 5-6 years working experience in the relevant field.
- Fresher’s are discouraged to apply.
- Need to be smart, proactive, dynamic energetic, confident and target oriented
- Should have sound knowledge in product knowledge.
- Should have sound knowledge in computer & ERP software.
- Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility..
