This position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in ISP system administration. As a change agent he will accelerate overall transformation being aligned with services. The incumbent should be able to lead the overall system team for achieving the organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Clear understanding on ISP systems
- Day to day Core IP network Operation, maintenance and integration for ISP
- Work on both Pv4 and IPv6 based network.
- Work on different protocols like VLAN, STP, OSPF and BGP, MPLS.
- Troubleshooting of IP CORE backbone and connectivity.
- Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints
- Process support Log, Forms.
- Record Details Of Inquiries, Comments and Complaints
- Communicate And Coordinate with Internal Departments
- Ability to handle full support system
- Have a good knowledge of work with Cisco ,Mikrotik ETC.
