Job title: Territory Sales Executive/ Territory Sales Officer

Fashol Dotcom Limited distributes Fruits & Vegetables directly from farmers to retailers. Using technology & its robust supply chain it is currently working with hundreds of retailers and providing them vegetables and fruits every morning directly from farmers. Fashol Dotcom Limited is looking for an experienced person for the position of Territory Sales Executive/ Territory Sales Officer in its Sales Team.
- Work closely with the Sales Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned territory.
- Find out the Market gaps, Sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
- Visit markets, Outlets on a daily basis to search new business opportunities.
- Analysis the daily, weekly & Monthly Target & take necessary action based on findings.
- Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team Members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of Sales target.
- Need to be a problem solver.
- Route wise market visit & relation building with store.
- Ensure order collection & cash collection daily basis.
- Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor or line management from time to time.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing including minimum 2 years in TSE/TSO level. Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.
- Good experience in selling FMCG products.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
