Job Responsibilities

  • Collect adequate market information in formulating and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
  • Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
  • Ensure sales achievement as per ABP.
  • Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
  • Require to deal with distributors/dealers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
  • Ensure after sales service (Module, Battery, Accessories) in favor to the customers.
  • Planned market and customer visit.
  • Devises new ways to increase sales and productivity in the territory.
  • Manages territory budget and ensures that all expenses stay within that budget.
  • Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
  • Manage distribution, sales, service of respective market.
  • People management, develop and manage SR.

Educational Requirements

  • Business Graduate from any reputed university.
  • Skills Required: Analytical, Dealer Sales, Direct Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Negotiation Skills, Sales

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Area/ Territory Marketing, Distribution Sales

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Knowledge on Marketing & Sales in any FMCG/ Retail Business.
