Job Responsibilities

• Must have willingness and experience in hanging work for split and window AC in high rise buildings.
• Must have practical experience in electrical work and installation and maintenance of electrical equipment (air conditioner, generator, lift, water pump, electric geyser, solar system).
• Must be proficient in electrical work and troubleshooting various electrical equipment.
• Must have practical experience of working in air conditioning or electrical work outside of building with required safety.
• All details of operation and maintenance of electrical equipment should be recorded in a regular register.
• Must have practical experience in electrical wiring (conduit/surface) work.
• Electrical equipment (air conditioner, generator, lift, water pump, electric geyser, solar system) and used room should be kept clean regularly.
• Must have practical experience in the use and maintenance of electrical tools.
• Willingness to work during emergency hours (24*7) even during weekends and nights if required.
• Must have clear knowledge of electrical work safety and working environment.
• Must have the mentality to complete the work by coordinating communication on own responsibility.
• Other duties as directed by management.
