Meghna Group of Industries is one of the top three cement producers and marketers of Bangladesh, operating with its two strong brands namely Fresh and Meghnacem Deluxe. The group started its cement manufacturing business in the year 2002. The position of AGM/Sr. Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, drive the sales team in order to achieve sales target.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new customer
- Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy
- Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly
- Develop modern and effective sales & marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target
- Supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales
- Guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business
- Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product
- Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales
- Ensure collection of credits from market
- Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc

- Masters from any discipline.
Experience Requirements
