Job title: Assistant Head Teacher – Reverend Paul`s High School

Reverend Paul`s High School (RPHS) is one of the renowned schools in Khulna City Corporation. Currently, we have more than 1300 students (Play – Tenth Grade) in our school. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Head Teacher for this school. Assistant Head Teacher will work in collaboration with Head Teacher and responsible for academic, curricular, co-curricular and administrative activities of the school.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure students’ fee collection through regular monitoring;
- Look after the admission and advertisement activities of the school;
- Interact with the students and guardians on a regular basis in order to solve any problem or address any concerning issue tactfully;
- Visit the household of the students to know their whereabouts;
- Assist academic staffs on administrative issues including attending staff meeting;
- Work with Head teacher for all administrative issues of the school;
- Ensure general cleanliness of the school premise through regular monitoring;
- Assist in organizing different programs/events of the school;
- Arrange necessary meetings such as Parents meeting, Teachers meeting and students meeting when necessary;
- Monitor and supervise all functions of the school;
- Ensure audit related compliance of the school accounts and implement financial control where necessary;
- Assist in preparing marketing plan of the school and take initiative to fulfill student’s enrollment targe;
- Oversee the operation and use of vehicles including log book entries, fuel purchase and assigning drivers;
- Guide and monitor procurement activities and inventory management of the school;
- Ensure proper IT system of the school with the assistance of IT section.

Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree from any discipline.
- Candidate having B.Ed. /L.L.B degree will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
teaching
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
- Priority will be given to those candidates who have received Teacher’s Training from DSHE under Ministry of Education.
