Job Responsibilities
- Checking and quality control of raw materials such as wheat, bhutra, soybean, dal, dal, dal, chickpea and Ananya poultry.
- Determining moisture and protein quality of raw materials.
- Checking the color, smell and nutrition of raw materials.
- Monitoring of fungi, heat, discoloration etc. during the storage period of the produced goods.
- Taking necessary measures regarding accessories during storage of warehoused raw material
- Raw material quality should be analyzed regularly.
- Leadership ability to manage people.
- Must have practical experience of working at field level.
- Able to perform any duties assigned by the office
