- Teaching as per syllabus/class routine/syllabus.
- To teach in harmony with the education policy announced by the government.
- To adopt an innovative attitude towards making the medium of teaching easier and simpler.
- Preparing lesson materials according to students’ understanding level.
- Ensuring good education of students.
- To carry out the responsibilities assigned in overall developmental work to develop every student to perfection.
- Proper completion of various school functions.
- Must work with honesty and trustworthiness and be hardworking and diligent.
- Students should have the skills to prepare and conduct school cultural events.
- Should be qualified to teach all the subjects of 6th, 7th and 8th standard.
