Job description: Job Context
Business Development Managers will have full responsibility for the management and success of market development for the Corporate Sales service. He/She is responsible to lead the sales team for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business.It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in leadership, presentation, proposal documentation,negotiation, business communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process which will include leading the sales team to develop the company’s position and customer base within the marketplace.
  • The candidates will be responsible for development of customer relationship,profitability of the company, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and build strong relationships with key decision makers,potential new targets and influences.
  • Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products , pricing and issues.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
