Job Responsibilities
- Providing support to customers regarding products or services.
- Confirming the customer’s order through Facebook or Website.
- To implement all activities related to Online Shop.
- Receiving customer’s calls, informing them about the product properly, communicating with the client through email if necessary.
- Maintaining client database properly.
- If there is a complaint about the product, report it to the management.
- Talking and greeting clients nicely.
- Gathering client feedback.
