US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline of Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its upcoming sister concern Online Travel Agency (OTA), “First Trip”.
Job Responsibilities
- Look after overall operations of the Company
- Forecast sales and achieve the target
- Business analysis and strategic decision
- Maintain liaison with all local & international airlines’ and other regulatory bodies
- Communicate and liaison with the client from the first approach to the proposal till the end of the final deal.
- Prepare a budget for the company and execute it accordingly
- Develop policy, procedures and ensure the execution

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Minimum Bachelor from any reputed University of Bangladesh
- Candidate having foreign degree will get preference
- Skills Required: Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Liaison, Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
