Job title: Executive – Collection & Recovery (Lake City Concord)

Job Location: Lake City Concord, Khilkhet, Uttara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
- Collection (Executive) will collect latest dues list from service department which is now at ERP software.
- Collection (Executive) will prepare dues list by name of the clients separately and distribute it to them.
- Collection (Executive) must have daily and monthly collection target.
- Collection (Executive) will verify to ensure that the customer has properly paid service charges and electricity bill in time and if he not paid then he has to knock frequently.
- To take initiative to recover long term dues within a specified time.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plan.
- Any other job assigned by the higher authority from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/BBA/Graduation in Finance/Accounting from Reputed University only.
- Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Computer skill, ERP, Reporting and Documentation

Accounts, Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Finance, Finance/ Accounts * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

- Age 25 to 35 years

- Collection & Recovery/Registration/Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/Key Account Management
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a computer literate.
