Job Location: Foy`s Lake Complex, Akbar Shah, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities

  • Purchasing requisition wise received materials.
  • Checking received materials quality as per related department.
  • Verifying previous record of materials rate.
  • Preparing Material Received Report (MRR) in inventory software.
  • Delivering the Goods as per departmental materials requisition slip/store requisition (SR).
  • Separating the defects materials when material received.
  • Checking materials quality/ quantity as per approved requisition.
  • Actual weight measurement when materials received.
  • Accurate stock position found through software & ledger book.
  • Applying LIFO & FIFO method for stock management.
  • Slow moving materials stock report.
  • Counting store stock position daily (Inventory Software, Ledger & Physical).
  • Preparing monthly report.
  • Maintaining store compliance.
  • Bin-Card to be maintained in an organized manner.
  • Other assignment given by department head & management.

  • Graduation from any university with good academic record.
  • Skills Required: Accounts Software, ERP, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, SAP

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Accounts and Store, billing process, Budgetary Control, Inventory management, Inventory/ Store Management, logistic management, Store Operation * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Sound Knowledge on ERP/SAP software
  • Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel.
