- Research on fashion trends and stay abreast on various contemporary styles.
- Create prototypes and sketches.
- Choose materials, trims, embellishments and fastenings.
- Marketing products.
- Visualize and then create a design with the help of Computer aided Design. (Adobe Photoshop and illustrator)
- Plan and develop ranges.
- Adapt the present designs for a mass production.
- Understand design from a practical and technical outlook.
- Work with design team members to develop products that will meet the needs of a customer.

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 33 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good knowledge about graphics specially adobe illustrator, Photoshop
- Good knowledge in woven products.
- Must be able to develop patterns, fit and Pre-Production samples, etc.
- Must have knowledge about new trends in fabrics, colors, shapes and fashions.
- Should be able to conceptualize design, and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats including the effective use of color, form and composition.
