Job title: Finance & Admin Assistant – SUFAL II Project(Re-Advertisement)

SKS Foundation in partnership with Concern Worldwide is going to implement the Scaling up Flood Forecast-based Action and Learning in Bangladesh (SUFAL) II Project in Sariakandi upozila of Bogura District. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project`s interventions
Job Responsibilities
- The Finance & Admin Assistant will be responsible to assist the project for establishing and maintaining transparent financial system. S/he will be responsible for maintaining official documents and financial papers. S/he will be reportable to the Finance and Admin Officer
- Financial activities:
- Ensure appropriate utilization of fund and crosscheck the financial issues and books of accounts at his/her assigned work place.
- Produce timely financial reports, assist in preparation of budget and ensure compliance with donor agencies regulation regarding accounting, auditing and financial management requirement
- Assist in different kinds of day-to-day bank transactions.
- Maintain financial documents. Monitoring financial documents in field and office.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records.
- Prepare budget variance report and comparison with actual expenses, monthly, quarterly, six monthly, yearly
- Review and check the books, documents, bill, invoices etc.
- Providing administrative support:
- Facilitate financial and administrative control systems by using internal control tools and technique and ensure proper contract management by proposing and implementing the organization rules.
- Perform performance management activities of the supervisee in timely
- including coordination with the program/donor and other technical unit From Donor.
- Maintain and preserving all kinds of official documents.
- Maintain staff personal files, leave file, stock register, attendance register, inventory, meeting resolution, telephone etc.
- Provide logistic support to the programmatic activities of any kind event management as per project plan. Supervise office support staff at field level
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist FAO in reviewing the progress activities and perform field visit for cross checking the financial reports and programmatic records and observe operation. Review the Procurement activities and compare reported expenses with budget.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Assist in preparing bills/vouchers, books of account and ensure approval from proper authority.
- Ensure that Organization’s policies are strictly followed and safeguard the official assets.
- Take necessary measure for explanation of significant variance.
- Financial any query from Donor meet up on time. Review internal and external audit report.
- Maintain professional relationship with concerned agencies. Participate in staff meeting, Training, Workshop and Day observation. Arranging control concise procedures

Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- 3-4 years of experience in related field.
- Have very good computer skill in Excel.
- Ability to compose Bangla.
- Have ability to effectively deal with GO/NGO and other agencies.
- Have experience of working with office and financial management.
- Enable to work with team members

- Tk. 38783 (Monthly)
- Salary Consolidated including festival bonus. Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
