Workplace – Work at office (Khulna)
- Must have good experience in work with any Group of Industries.
- Must have the capability to assist his superior/ Manager.

- Employees skill development and training.
- Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
- Leaves and Attendance Management.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling Managers on candidate selections; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientations and training programs.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
- Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
- The applicants should have commensurate experience in HR, Administration, Office Management.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Graduate/Post Graduate Major in HRM
- At least 2 year(s)
- Age 30 to 37 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Skills Required: Communication skills Excellent in English, Pay roll, Labor Law, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Computer Proficiency, Core HR Knowledge, File Maintaining, Hard Working and Dedicated.
