Job Responsibilities
- Major Role & Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance over control, and governance systems to ensure organization’s objectives and goals.
- Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Executive Director and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
- Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
- Evaluates regulatory compliance. Maintains open communication with management.
- Teams with other internal and external resources as appropriate.
- Engages in continuous education and staff development.
- Provides support to the organization’s anti-fraud programs.
- Share information and coordinate activities with both internal and external control and monitoring functions to ensure proper coverage and minimize duplication of efforts.
- Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activities as requested by management.
- File internal audit reports and related responses or action plans.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in Accounting with practical working experience in NGO accounting.
- Educational qualification is relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in auditing.
- Age should be under or equal 45.
- Excellent report writing capacity in English, Computer and communication skills.
