Job title: Jr.Executive/ Executive – Internal Audit

Implement assigned audit process in accordance with SOP.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare audit plan according to the identified risk.
- Checking daily expenditures, voucher, and requisition & processing of daily transaction.
- Examine inventory & verify journal and ledger entries.
- Prepare timely audit report weekly and monthly.
- Conduct market Audit.
- Monitor the delivery of Telecom products in order to ensure the compliance of standard processes and quality set.
- Assist in the coordination of the market Audit activity with the aim of maximizing sales opportunities to achieve or exceed the targets.
- Ensure that all sales forces and office staffs are optimally utilized.
- Ensure the deadlines are met and information inquiries are answered accurately and as quickly as possible.
- Monitor the execution / carry out processes or strategies that agreed by the management and applied by another functional department.
- Any other job as signed by reporting or Management.

Educational Requirements
- Honors in any discipline under Commerce .
- Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Internal Audit * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Chittagong North local candidates will be got highly preference (Chowdhuryhat Hat, Hathazari, Fatikchhari, Vujpur, Kaptai)
- Honest and hardworking.
- Good Interpersonal and leadership skill.
- Excellent skill on MS office package, especially Excel.
- Ability to prepare Reports for Management.
- Ability to settle the finding issues instantly as per process.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
