Job title: Manager – HR & Admin
Job description: Job Context
- HR & Admin, who has experience in handling Head Office and Factory HR, Admin & team management system.

- Full-time after successful completion of probation period
- Supervising the day-to-day operations which include being able to monitor HRIS software, daily attendance, leave, and recruitment.
- Responsible for maintaining HR & Administration operations that include, but not limited to, manpower recruitment and selection, staffing, and monitoring employee performance.
- Must be able to plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure development and implementation of HR & Admin policies and procedures to support company’s business objectives.
- Ensure all kinds of administrative & legal affairs related to the activities of the organization.
- Supervise disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement
- Maintain liaison with local administration (Police station, RAB, Doctor, fire service etc. in case of any emergency situation).
- Must have fair knowledge on standard HR practices in a company.
- Any other task assigned by Management from time to time.
- MBA (Major in HRM).
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- Age at most 40 years
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
- Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills;
- Acceptable leadership, motivation and counseling skill;
- Ability to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead and arrange different types of HR & Admin related training programs.
