Job Responsibilities

• Schedule nurses’ shifts and assign nurses to patients.
• Ensuring that nursing operational standards are met.
• Ensure that all nurse policies and procedures are followed.
• Train new team members.
• Informing the patient’s caregivers about treatment procedures and doctor’s instructions.
• Handling complaints or other issues.
• Greet all patients and customers with appropriate politeness and courtesy.
• Keeping records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures.
• Maintain a daily checklist of all treatments and medications to ensure all medical kits are prepared and fully stocked, all medical supplies are organized, cataloged and within expiration dates.
• Regularly maintaining and updating records of patient care and other information related to patients.
• Assisting doctors in preparation of reports.
• Assisting medical doctors in identifying priority health needs and other activities.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
