- Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the post of Project Engineer having experience in Real Estate / Construction Company or similar industry.
- 10 – 12 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Construction Company only.
- Selected candidate will be appointed as Suvastu Engineering Ltd. employee.
- Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
- Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
- Must be practical knowledge on Still Structure work.
- Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.
- Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
- Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
- Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
- Quality checking of construction materials.
- Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
- Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, man & materials) of construction site.
- Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed university only.
- Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Computer skill, Erp software, Real Estate, Real Estate project Development
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)

Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, Construction engineering, Construction site, Having must Real estate background, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Knowledge on SAP, Real Estate project Development * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 10 – 12 years work experience from reputed real estate / construction company only.
- Need sound knowledge in computer applications with ERP software system.
- He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
- Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
