Job title: Regional Sales Manager (BRAC Seed & Agro Enterprise)

It focuses on supplying quality agricultural inputs, appropriate production and post-harvest technologies to enhance production and reduce post-harvest losses to optimise the profit of poor and marginal farmers.To enhance our services, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated, creative and proactive candidate for the following positions
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales target based on territories, manage credit recovery and arrange return of goods to seed processing center by timeline
- Hold responsibility for a certain sales growth rate of each territory under his/her purview
- Help territory in-charge in setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyzing dealer-wise sales trend and growth adding or deleting dealer
- Help territory in-charge in solving dealer’s dispute over product complaint, sales or due balance and other business issues with recommendation
- Ensure territory-wise promotional material by territory officer at trade
- Recommend and process deployment, transfer and termination of territory in-charge
- Supervise market following passbook record and farmer visit by territory officers based on the monthly plan and analyze the sales visit with business earned in a given territory
- Liaise with government, NGO, dealers’ and farmers’ association and other stakeholders and ensure flow of information to supervisor regarding sales, product, customers and legal issues beyond jurisdiction
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements
- The candidates must have Graduation, Post Graduation in Agriculture or BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed institute with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
- Education and age limit will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Must have the ability to take new challenges
- Must have willingness to travel
- Must have the excellent analytical ability
- Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
- Must have the skill of multitasking
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
- Similar experience will be given preference
